Just another little chip out of our freedoms...
Big Government will be able to listen in on your phone calls without
a warrant and without any reprucussions to the phone companies. You
say they're listening for terrorists? Maybe now, but give it time and
it will be drug dealers, then it will be something else and something
else and finally they'll be able to listen at will for the hell of it.
You don't see it coming do you?

There's no need to invoke the slippery slope when they F up enough as it is.
There will undoubtedly be innocent people that will be victims. Dare I say,
the majority, even?

"But why are you concerned, unless you've got something to hide?" (old
repub favorite)

[Nevermind the millions of tax dollars it will cost to dedicate employees to
the task. But there's no such thing as too much money when it comes to our
safety! (to steal a quote from a losing voter in a neighboring town that
just voted to eliminate its police department...)]
