This is the most confusing discussion I've heard in here in a long time.
Your criticism is on the D. You claim that only once the Pats O put up a
lot of points in a SB. Well, then couldn't you say that only once has a
team put up a lot of points against the Pats in a SB? But those teams did
it in the final drive or two. But didn't the Pats O?
This isn't a discussion about the Pats' offense. It's a discussion
about the Pats' defense. I find it pretty troubling that in virtually
all of their final playoff games since 2002, the defense has really
struggled in the fourth quarter, especially on key drives at the end.
Maybe Sri doesn't see a problem with that. I do. Regardless of what
the Pats' offense has done, it gives me a lot less confidence that, in
a big spot in the 4th quarter, they'll be able to hold.
