I'd like others thoughts on this. I believe Tom is tough enough, has
the "team's" best interest at heart, and certainly has the talent. Can
he stand his ground until age 38 or beyond?

Good question. His game is a little more cerebral than some other QBs, so
that will be less affected by age. But I don't believe the sore arm issues
that come up every year are completely a ruse, so it may be a limiting
factor when he gets older.
