Offensive tackle Bubin retires

FOXBOROUGH, Mass. --New England Patriots practice squad offensive tackle Sean Bubin
retired on Friday.

Bubin, 25, was signed by the Patriots last October after being released from the
Minnesota Vikings in August. He played for the NFL Europe League's Hamburg Sea Devils
in spring 2006.
He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2004, and was a member of the Jaguars
practice squad until he was signed by the Detroit Lions for the final three games of
the season.
He spent the 2005 season on the Vikings practice squad.
