Ah, another Parcells pick, but I have to wonder about this signing.
When I used to see him play, he had hands like boards. He could be
wide open and still drop the ball. Why don't the Patriots just play
a guard at TE; it would present about the same receiving threat.

I would have prefered to keep Graham, but they know him better than I
do.


I think the Pats value him more as a blocker who can also catch a pass or
two a game.

If Dave Thomas shows the typical rookie to 2nd year improvement, Brady will
likely be the 3rd TE
