All it does is take the gloves off Israel. Day in and day out theirr
people are attacked by "Terrorists" and although the Israelis are aware
of who is backing the Terrorists the are expected only to flail at the
tentacles and leave the heads to keep planning more "unsanctioned"
attacks.
Raising the stakes might just be, what the Dr called for.

They'd better have some pretty damned good evidence that the guy they're threatening is responsible. And not US intelligence reports.
