when the brown left cleveland model was claiming they "lost" $10 million.
what that meant was he thought he should make $50 mil but only made $40
milso he "lost" $10 mil.
That's just like "Tax Cuts". Taxes never get less they just lower the rate of increase and call it a
cut.
