"Production" in the pure sense of the term is overrated. The most
productive QB in football over the past several seasons has been Peyton
Manning. Was he the best? Favre and Bledsoe are more productive this
season than most of the QBs in the NFL. Aaron Brooks is typically
"productive". Basically, yardage doesn't tell the whole story. And for
QBs, neither do stats.

Are you including rushing TDs? If not, why?

Look at his QB rating in every full season (>8 games) he's played. It's
been in the high seventies or low eighties, with the exception of this
season. This has been statistically his worst season, unlike Kordell's
seasons where he's put up QB ratings in the low sixties.
