And she doesn't concede.
But she does take the opportunity to send her supporters to
donate their money to her.
Hillary Clinton, all class.
Doesn't seem to bother Barack so why should it you?
Hillary will not be pushed into a hasty decision. She won another
state tonight and has the popular vote. Â What's your big hurry in
pushing her into a quick decision about her plans? Give her a day
or two before you start slinging your insults...make that *even
more* insults. Â Show some class yourself. She has 18 million
supporters w
want her to have the time to decide what she wants to do. Â She's
earned that.
It bothers me because it's a classless act. Â It's the opposite of
"unity".
There's plenty of time for that. Obama supporters have been pushing
from the moment they had a very slight lead - and it's still that -
Oh please. Suggesting that she drop out is not "pushing" and many of
Obama's highest profile supporters have spefically said that she should
*not* be pressured to drop out. Deval Patrick for example.
for Hillary and her supporters to just go away so their idol can haveNo, calling the nominee of your party and "idol" is classless.
a clear path. That is what's been classless.
She's making herself the target. Never in my lifetime can I recall aWhat should be the kickoff of the general is instead just
more drama from the family who seems to leak it from their every
pore.
So this is really all about you having to wait for the parade. I get
that. Lots of things happened today. Give it a few minutes...you'll
have your party. Just stop making Hillary the pinata.
candidate losing a nomination and not making a gracious concession
speech.
So that justifies her trying to rip the party to shreds now?I was ready, after hearing the first few minutes of her speech, to
come here and offer an olive branch. Â
How magnaninous of you. I'll see your olive branch and raise you
support for your candidate once the process is finally completed and
Hillary makes her decision.
She finally seemed to be acting
for her party first, and herself second. Â
Finally? She's been serving the Democratic Party and this country for
many years. Where have you been?
BTW, when are you going to stop with the cheap shots about her. It'sOh that's rich. I suppose Hillary jumping on the right-wing bandwagon to
very...to coin a word...classless.
bash Obama for saying he would talk to Iran, saying that voters are
bitter, the gas-tax, the commander in chief test, on and on and on -
these are all fair statements, no?
The only "flaw" is that their candidate lost. It's not like there wereThen she and her crowd
shouted "DENVER" and she refused  to concede.
She has 18 million supporters, many who feel this nomination process
has been flawed. They feel she is the best candidate and has the best
chance of returning the White House to the Democrats. Sorry if they
don't just pack their bags and change allegiance fast enough for you.
97,000 legal voters blocked from voting. It's not like there were 60,000
"provisional ballots" that were never counted. No one tried to change
established rules after the fact - well, actually, Hillary did. And she
succeeded. The DNC actually changed its rules to benefit her and she
(and you) are still whining.
So ironic. Hillary was annoited the "inevitable nominee" so long agoFrom now on, she's a pariah until she does. Â She's holding up needed
change.
This is a Democracy not a monarchy so quit being such a Drama Queen.
You'll have your party soon enough. "Let them eat cake!"
that you just cannot get your mind around the fact that she lost. You
are the one acting like democratic elections are "flawed" and that the
princess "deserves" something. *** man, my candidate lost a long time
ago - you don't see me bithcing about anti-latino sentiments in the
press or whining about states that knowingly broke the rules. Obama
wasn't even in my top 5 out of the original field - but he won fair and
square and the constant bitching and moaning actually serves to
downgrade the legitimate gripes about 2000 and 2004 - so when the
republicans steal this election with more shenanigans they can point
right at you and say "democrats are sore losers." Thanks in advance.
