what are the ramifications of the heat buying shaq out???

lets say they are willing to pay him 20 mill for next season and have him call
it a day and the end of this year... *** he could call it a day now, the heat aint going
nowhere...

how does that effect their cap??? do the teams still have that luxury buy out thing
they had a couple of years ago when everybody was getting rid of players like the
lakers got rid of brian grant???
