It seems to me that New Orleans really could have used some of that
money we are flushing down the toilet in Iraq. I guess causing
problems in the Middle East is more important than solving problems
at home.

the money actually goes. Well, Cheney knows. But no one else. And of
course you, being the fiscal conservative that you are, have nothing at
all to say about the billions literally disappearing under Bush's nose.
