Calculated or not, he said he wanted to play in a city where his
daughter could get better treatment. He did find such a city and a
team that would pay him most of the MLE, so he only loses a third of
his salary. Is it his fault the Lakers pay him what they do? Was he
expected to play for free?
i mean, we arent talking about the same guy who said at first when he got
traded to utah that he wouldnt report to camp, right???
And that has what to do with what I said?

if fisher's daughter could get her treatment in los angeles, why was
she being treated in new york instead of los angeles before? it would
have been closer to utah (and oakland, and san antonio).
