Yeah looks like he can be had on the cheap; Portland's buying out his

Maybe he's changed since I first saw him play. I didn't follow him
much at Orlando or New York.
The style of play I remembered can be summed up in one play: It was
Yao's rookie year, and Francis was Houston's "point guard." Once he
had brought up the ball past halfcourt, he would dribble between his
legs for about 10 seconds (trying to impress everyone with his
dribbling skills), have Yao set a high pick for him, and continue
dribbling between his legs on the switch. When the clock was about to
run out, instead of driving to hole against a big or passing to Yao
against a small, he'd dribble between his legs some more and shoot a
fallaway jumper.
