Brevin Knight just got waived by Charlotte. If they don't get the

Yes, I do know that he's 31, short, and can't shoot to save his life,
but he's an excellent defender and one of the best assist guys in the
league. Just to give you an idea, over his last 5 games with
Charlotte in April, he averaged 8.8 points, 7.8 assists, and 2 steals.

I wouldn't expect him to start or anything, but he's someone you could
put on the floor who wouldn't embarass you and who gets the other
players on the team open shots.

Brevin Knight for free is a whole different story than giving up
something to pay for Brevin Knight's retirement tour. He's probably best
used as a Lindsey Hunter-type right now (note: the Lindsey Hunter from
two years ago, who was older than dirt, not the Lindsey Hunter of today,
who sometimes injures other players from the flying mummy bandages
falling off his body.)
