Maybe. He was expected to be the man at Duke, lots of pressure. No
such pressure in Portland. Sometimes you see guys who can't handle
the pressure (Juwan Howard, Peja, for example). When they are put in
a situation where the expectations are lower, they can perform. He is
not going to be a star. Maybe he can be a journeyman role player.
He is Oden's good friend, someone he knows to hang out with. He can be a practice player if it helps
Oden's transition to the league.
Didn't his high school team once beat Oden's high school team?
