First of all it was a joke, but if you truly want an answer to that no
prob. It denotes poor judgement gives a slight glimpse into the
private life of a man that is, by all accounts, making a horrendous
choice by 'grooming' his son to take over a once porud organization.
It provides clues and proof of the instability of the front office.
