Because Wilt is before TV. No one has much memories of Wilt's play
aside from snippets and stats. Jordan is on TV all the time, even now.

2. kareem
3. magic
4. bird
5. jordan
6. west
7. king (when healthy)
8. company time
9. mcadoo
10. malone (moses)
11. mchale
12. wilkins


How did McHale got on this list?

one of the best defenders at the 4 position of all-time... everything is not
about offense you know... not to mention, in the playoffs at times he seemed
almost unstoppable on offense... a lot of people will probably say the butcher
of salt lake should get the nod instead of mchale, but malone stays away from
the basket to much for me at the 4 spot... mchale is basically the rambis of
the squad... and its not like youre going to get a lot of run at the 11 and 12 spots...

I am not saying he is not good. But top 12 is a pretty lofty position.

somebody has to do your dirty work... if mchale had not played for boston with bird,
i think he wouldve had a lot better numbers offensively... at the end of my bench i have
a guy who can do dirty work, and another that will come in and possibly outshine
everyone else in nique... imo nique was a better player than dr.j... neither one of them
were great outside shooters, but nique could get his to fall when he needed them...
dr.j's nickname shouldve been mason when it came to shooting jumpers...
