kwame can and will be a much better player than mihm in the future...

Speculation. Possible though. Also possible that Kwame was as good as
he gets this year.
Depending which of the scenarios one considers more likely determines
the answer to your original question.

I'd keep Kwame too, but am aware that that's taking more of a risk
than keeping Mihm. Kwame might become a lot better but might also
stagnate, decline, start pouting, catch even fewer balls...
