No problem getting rid of Bush, since he can't run again. However, what
did Clinton do? Nothing, really. He just happened to be in office during
a huge boom period. Let's not give the man too much credit. OTOH, we *can*
fault Bush for spending money he doesn't have while cutting taxes at the
same time.
