Glad to see Proctor go. Is Betemit much more then a Cairo
upgradethough? With respect to that does this spell the end of Miggy,

I'm reading bull*** that the Yankees consider him another 1b/DH
option and a replacement for Alex should he leave next year.
To my view he's a decent 2B utility guy and a way to send Cairo
packing.

With Betemit on the team, there's no reason whatsoever to carry Cairo.
They're two guys who fill identical roles, only one does it a helluva
lot better.

Duncan still provides value and should be kept. Of course, the
manager would actually need to use him in order to take advantage of
what he brings to the table.
