Yup. He had protected him all these years and now this. However,

I can understand your point completely about Hughes but also read your
response to me earlier today about Wright. Are you saying that the only
reason it was ok to do this with him was because he's older?

That and the fact that Wright has struggled at young age and
rebounded.

Well, and the fact that Hughes, by succeeding more at an earlier age,
projects to be a much better finished product, and its foolish to use
something with that potential value as a stopgap.


I agree. If ALL goes as planned for some people have been making
comparisons to Mark Prior (before injuries) that seemed more realistic
to me.
