this last round of interviews has pretty much soured me on the
guy. Ship him to the Cubs and give us some pitching.

Last night vs. the Braves, with a man on third and one out, A-Rod took a
called third strike (on a wicked curve ball) and the boos came raining down.
For chrissakes, it's a f--king exhibition game, and they're booing him like he
had just cost them a world series. For what it's worth, Matsui followed with
another called strike three, and not a boo was to be heard.
There's a double standard working here, and A-Rod is only telling it like it is.
I applaud him for changing his tactics from last season. He is no longer trying
to please everyone with his interviews. He's just being honest. If he leaves at
the end of this season, it will only be because NY fans have run him out of town.
And anyone who thinks that he is only worth a couple of pitching prospects is
a total idiot!
