i used to think if the Red Sox and Mets met again in World Series, i
would be rooting for NY. Now i know better. Plus the Red Sox aren't as
despicable as they used to be. That left with Nomar. The worst thing
Jeter ever did was diving into the stands to make tthat catch. That
made the Red Sox realize Nomar had to go. No Nomar no problem, for
them.
Also, I hope someone from Yankees is watching how the Red Sox win.
They, of all people, stress catching the ball, making the plays.
Contrast that with the Giambi horror show Sunday night. The strange
thing is that the Yankees are sort of right there, through all of this.
But as the suprisingly reasonable Red Sox fan said in another post,
that could change in a hurry given the Yanks are playing the Mets and
the Red Sox the Marlins.
I'd say the Mets with all three games going 15 innings.
