These are moves that will make no odds.
Fire the manager and Omar -- wait for August if you want to while you
interview now. Hopefully hire the GM as early as one can to get him a
better sense of who he's not got.
Save the money and the chips for the next guy who might make moves
designed to make us win as opposed to stop gap moves that just make us
less worse.
