 No he doesn't.

Reading comprehension is your friend.

It was reported on Howard Stern that he was raped by two Mexicans

Good to know where you're getting your information these days.

Actually, what Stern reported was that his ex-girlfriend, i.e. the one
that's currently suing him, claims that Alomar told her this. However,
since no one has come forward to corroborate this story, including
Alomar himself, this is what we in the legal profession call hearsay.

Actually if someone else other than Alomar confirmed it, it would
still be an out of court statement offered to prove the truth of the
matter asserted, and thus still hearsay.

That would depend on the circumstances under which the statement was
made. Admissible or not, however, this story would be a great deal
more plausible if someone other than the person suing him had heard
Alomar make such an admission.

If Alomar confirmed it, it
would be an adoptive admission, and thus not hearsay at all.

Thank you, Perry Mason. In the meantime, all we have here is an
uncorroborated claim by his accuser being repeated by Howard Stern,
whose word is every bit as worthless as your own.
