His current "strong approval" job rating is 17%. 42% total approval rating if you add in "partial approval".
Maybe the polls are inaccurate, and there are millions who think he's "great president or greatest president", but can't read and/or don't have phones or online access...

If that was the case, why did the Bush administration need to
manufacture a phony case for WMDs?
The phony case for WMD's was cunstructed by the Genocidal maniac, Saddam
Husian. Bush just latched on to it.
Why latch on to demonstrably false information if there was a
legitimate case for invasion to be made? But of course, the Bush
administration did far more than simply latch onto this phony
intelligence -- they created a whole mythology around it, publicly
evoking images of mushroom clouds while relying on forged documents
like the Yellowcake memo and outdated information regarding alleged
WMD material that had been discredited years earlier by UN
inspectors. As we now know from the Downing Street Memo, the
so-called intelligence was carefully vetted and crafted so as to
support the administration's case for going to war, while any
information that might detract from that case, such as the CIA's
months-old conclusion that there was no link between Saddam and
Al Qaeda, was simply swept under the rug and summarily ignored. And
when it finally became clear to all but their most delusional
supporters that the WMD story was nothing but a canard, they simply
changed their rationale for the war altogether, as if protecting all
those poor Iraqis from Saddam Hussein was somehow their primary
concern all along.
It's just too bad that Bush didn't lie about Saddam giving him a
blowjob, since we all know that for Republicans, that's considered
an impeachable offense.
