Kazmir rocked again last night.........
There is no jury, the case is decided already dumbo.
The argument was never whether Kazmir is going to be the next
left-handed Gooden. The argument WAS that Kazmir, with top 5 MLB
prospect value 2 years ago, can demand a return a lot more than
pathetic Victor Zambrano. I mean this kid's value was so high the
Mets can probably get a top ace in return, or a minor league top
power-hitting hitter, etc. Instead the Mets got Victor Zambrano?
Even if Kazmir turns out to be a bum it doesn't matter, the Mets could
of gotten a lot more for him but didn't. It was a panic trade fueled
by the belief that the Mets were in playoff contention and all they
needed was another solid starter to solidify their "lowest ERA in the
majors" achievement. We all know the story after that marketing sell
to Wilpon.
