The only question is what would the other teams in MLB be willing to
give up to possibly obtain Delgado? If a possible deal from say an AL
team is similiar to what the Mets offer, whose deal to you think the
Fish would take?

I'm not advocating giving up the farm in a potential deal with the Fish.
But, I think both teams (Mets & Fish) did quite well the last time the
Fish had to dump players (Leiter & Piazza). And if they could do it
again, go for it.
