You're putting the cart before the horse. The requirement is to get
around the bases and that's what Reyes does when he gets a chance. He
gets himself into scoring positionin a hurry. To have 85 runs on this
team with one player hitting over .300 is actually quite
accomplishment.
Remember, this thread is criticizing Randolf for his decision making.
Sure, there are plenty of guys on this roster with a higher OBP than
Reyes, but none as dangerous on the basepath.
