Their team wasn't an "All farm system player" team like you seem to be
looking. It's a blend of system players (like Wright, Reyes and Diaz), FA
signings (like Pedro and Beltran) and trades (future). So maybe it's time to
stop complaining about the Mets signing FA, because they need to be part of
the mix.

D Lee, a player not develop by Florida's farm system.

Castillo has always been a Marlin.

Actually at the time Yarnall (23) was still consider a pitching prospect
(like Kazmir...remember him?). You know, those you don't want to trade!
Again Lowell, not a player developed the Florida's farm system.
> Alex Gonzalez they signed (is he on steroids),
He was a good prospect at the time and started in the ML at the age of 21.
He was thrown into the lions very quick.

Actually he was like a "throw in" as Hampton was the main player obtained by
Florida. And the Marlins also included Darensbourg and P Ozuna. Again,
Pierre not a player developed by Florida's farm system.

Miguel Cabrera was part of their last WS team.

Don't try to twist the subject now Ruben. Teams that win, have a blend of FA
signings, trades and farm players.
Hollandsworth was a FA signing, Urbina come in a trade where Florida gave up
several prospects (including A Gonzalez), Pavano wasn't a farm product of
the Marlins system (Blockbuster trade). We can keep going over and over and
prove that the team was a mix of trades, FA signings (thus losing draft
picks) and farm players.
