I expect Philly will sign him. Otherwise he should be #1 on our free
agent list. With him as the closer and Looper/Hernandez as setup our
bullpen would be a strength not a weakness. If Wagner is not available
I am not sure if there are any other free agent relief pitchers who are
a significant upgrade.
