FWIW I never would have chosen Randolph as manager.
But that's who they picked.

Wright and Reyes make mistakes that cost games;
Randolph is a rookie, too. Of course he is behind the curve.

And don't forget he doesn't have the best team to work with.
Torre was a terrible manager for the Mets.
But give him a Yankees team and they call him a genius.

Wasn't this supposed to be a "rebuilding" year?
Shouldn't that includes giving Randolph some time to learn his new
position?
