I know mine will be an unpopular opinion around here. However, I used to
like Gary Cohen far more several years ago, pre-2000/1. Now he's a little
too bitter and agenda-laden for my tastes. His trying to prove impartiality
at every turn simply gets in the way of the game for me. And some of the
axe-grinding and criticisms leveled against certain players makes him seem
unprofessional at times -- for instance, his recent unwarranted
mischaracterization of Ken Griffey Jr.

Generally, I would rather have an announcer who takes the high road, instead
of clever asides about how Kenny Rogers is busy assaulting cameramen etc.
Perhaps, it's just me.
