I think they were looking to showcase Lars a bit.  Trying him in the OF
seemed a bit desperate with his lack of time out there.  Maybe they should
give that experiment some time in AAA first?

But I think it was always meant as a temporary move.  Cook has now gotten
the call as we should have expected.  Middlebrooks would be here already had
he not jammed his thumb (they say it's minor) and he should be here in a day
or so, with Iggy heading back to work on his hitting down south.  Middy (too
soon?...too cute?)

Baseball's a funny game. Will is hurt, and if Youk! heats up, it's a
different story. Two years ago is was thought to be a FACT that Iggy
