he didn't fail anything; he tested positive for an unknown substance.
we do not know what they were testing for, and we do not know what
ortiz was found to have taken. i'll resist replying in kind with
respect to your reading comprehension. in the meantime, keep trying to
find a reference to his testing positive for a banned substance.
