Pushing off the mound
For years I have been taught a pitcher should be pushing off the mound
with his right leg. Now I see they are reminding Delcarmen -
"Delcarmen was assigned to throw two innings in a minor-league game on
Monday. The Sox want to see him drive the ball off the to of the mound
and get it going downhill." - It always leaves a question in my mind
as I watch pitchers and they just seem to "fall" forward as opposed to
