hasn't resigned. The only thing the State Ethics panel has on him so
far are the Yankee tickets. This started in 11/2009. It's not recent.

Great to see the conservatives defending a liberal governor of NYY
simply because they think he is the only democrat that the pubs could
beat. It is nonsense to think the national Dems have been mucking up
with Paterson. They wanted him dropped b/c he could not win, but they
had no interest in scanda and no history of doing stuff like they are
accused of doing.
If Patterson ran, the Pubs would have been all over him for the NYY
tickets and a lot of other stuff they were holding for after the
primary. And remember, the Pubs in the NY state legislature have
treated him with contempt since he inherited the office after they
brought down Eliot Spitzer with leaks of his sexual episodes with a
