High Blood Pressure (OT)

Some dufus dog recently posted about his prescribed HBP pills.
Simple advise: DON'T TAKE 'EM!
That crap will kill you. Read about it. There are many ways to
naturally reduce your blood pressure. Exercise, diet and vitamins work
hand in hand. A couple of years ago I was routinely getting readings
from 185-210 for the first number and from 110-120 for the 2nd. Not
too good. Now i just got a 140 over 80. Very acceptable. That 120 crap
is just so they can push more pills on you. It doesn't need to be that
low for you to be fine.
So here are the vitamins you should take daily:
Potassium 500 to 800 mg
Calcium magnesium citrate 1500 mg
Vitamin C 5000 to 10,000 mg
B-6 100 mg
CQ 10 300/500 mg
L caratine 1500 mg
L glutamine 1000 mg
Vitamin E 400 to 500 IU
Red Clover 500 mg
Garlic 500 mg
It has worked well for me. No side effects. No putting poison in my
body.
Give it a try or totally ignore this. It's up to you.
