Damon, Sabbathia and Burnett, we get the infamous Marco Scutaro as our
premier FA signing. I guess you can't always get a JD Drew, Rocco

frustrated with Theo.
You guys will probably get Doc from Toronto, after the Yankees drive
up the price. That should make for a great pitching staff. The
Yankees will then have to sign Lackey to partially offset.
The Yankees should have gotten Cliff Lee last year. Did the Phils
give up anything great for him?
The Phils gave up junk which means the Yankees definitely would have been a

What did the Sox give up for Schilling? I remember it wasn't much.
Yet the DBacks were demanding a lot from the Yankees. Now you know
why the Yankees have to go the free agent route.
