- Democrats control the White House.
- They have a 56-seat majority in the Senate.

Congratulations to them.  They are now in a position of total
control.  Let's not forget this when it comes time to "pass out the
blame" the next time around, as they'll have absolutely, positively,
undebatably, indisputably, no excuse if things don't go well.  If
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac can be blamed on George Bush....if 9/11 can

I thought the Fannie/Freddie fiasco was mostly a Barney Frank and
Democrat thing?
