How can they time jump to 2007, when we know that in
2003 (T3) the end of the world happens...?
I read a couple of weeks ago that they're pretending as if T3
never existed. Said something to the effect of "it happened
in an alternate timeline".
I have no plans to watch the show, but that's certainly an
acceptable explanation to me. The action in the tv show is
going to take place down a different pants-leg of the Trousers
of Time, as it were. Sometime after the events of T2, something
happened to cause (at least) two different possibilities: one
which led to the events of T3, and one which is leading to the
events of the tv show. The characters in T3 did experience
armageddon; the characters in T2 have not and need not.
Catch you later.
