Choice "A" is the choice of the ignorant.

You're wrong. I was starting to think you had some sense, but you've
just
shown otherwise.

Make it easy on yourself... start counting from year "0000". On Jan 1,
0001, how many years have elapsed? Yes, the answer is "one".

Now, apply that logic to Jan 1, 0100. How many years have elapsed? Yes,
the answer is "one hundred".

Continuing this logic, it's easy to see that on Jan 1, 1900, exactly
"nineteen hundred" years have *already elapsed*. That's the key. So
therefore, Jan 1, 1900 is the first day of a *new century*.

What you're missing is that the counter starts at day number "zero", so
that when you reach the end of the "first year", a full year has *already
elapsed*. Simple, huh?

Wow, Dan. you sure do make alot of friends 'roud these parts.
I'll let the people who are actually correct (not you) have at you.
Maybe then you... I dunno, laugh at yourself?

Dan, I don't know who this dipstick is, but ignore him. But after his crude
reply
to my "What about Rick Burleson?" reply, I have no doubt whatsoever that
he's
some sort of troll and should br treated thusly.
