I don't actually have an opinion on the play in question. Not even sure
I saw it at this point. My involvement in this discussion was always
your insistence that Mario is lying about how he saw the play.

And I stand by this accusation. I know what I saw. I know what Mario
said. And I know that Mario refuses to post the evidence that he
claims to have in a public place.

Which is
how it started. He expressed an opinion. Based on what he saw. That's
not a lie.

You are just assuming that he is expressing an honest opinion. If you
saw what I saw you may have a different opinion about that. Why don't
you think that Mario is posting his evidence to a public site so all
can see it?

The problem is your inability, or unwillingness, to see the
difference.

No. I know what I saw. You admit you never saw it. Your problem is
that you cannot believe that Mario is lying, pure and simple. Anyone
who saw the freeze frame would likely know that Mario is a liar and
explains why he is not posting his so-called proof.

The fact is neither of you are willing or able to produce
photographic proof.

The fact is that Mario says he *has* photographic proof but won't post
it publicly and is making all kinds of conditions to post his proof.
Does that not give you pause to wonder why?

What's most interesting in a way is that to some
degree this puts Mario and I on the same side of a discussion. A rarity
in itself.

This is likely because your animosity toward me is greater than your
animosity toward Mario.

The key to someone who did not see the play to understand that it is
likely that Mario is lying is his refusal to publicly post his proof.
Notice that he recently said he will post his proof if I post mine.
What does that tell you? Why is his posting his evidence contingent on
me producing my evidence? Sometimes using common sense can help figure
things out.
