The most charitable thing that can be said about
you is that if you haven't seen a thing happen,
you think it never will. Except that you are talking
about a thing which does happen often.

Arizona Diamondbacks in 2001 won it all *despite*
having Kim as their closer by adding one Randy
Johnson to the committe in game 7.

Chicago White Sox won it all in 2005 with their
regular season closer with 34 saves pitching 0.3
innings in the world series.

Boston Red Sox won it all in 1918 with only
one inning pitched in relief by a pitcher who
happened to have pitched 26 CGs in the
regular season.
