I've seen a map of Fenway Park seating, and section 9-95 is actually
two sections, so which section is the seat really in? Also, where is
row AA?
Your seat is in the first row of the loge boxes. There will be a walkway directly in front of you, which at baseball games bears constant eye level traffic and is a major distraction. You didn't specify what sort of event you're attending; if it's a concert, walkway traffic may not be an issue.
Sec 95 is the loge box segment of sec 9, well beyond 1st base, but not too far out into RF. Good viewing angle for baseball. I think the dual numbering scheme is intended to aid navigation, but it seems to cause confusion.
