I suspect you are engaging in wild generalizations again. <g>

Personally, I suspect that many of the protesting followers of Islam
do not like to see their Prophet held up to ridicule for the amusement
of people who neither understand or care about their religion, and the
perceived insults bite because the people whose religion is being
insulted are dirt poor and the people ridiculing their prophet and
their religion are rich and sassy.

I doubt that they see any of this stuff as a matter of freedom. But I
could be wrong.
