I don't think it is fair to compare Damon with Crisp. It might be
better to compare Crisp with Damon when Damon was Crisp's age.

I don't think will get any better over the next four years. It is
probably more likely that he will get worse. However, I think it is
very reasonable to think that over the next four years Crisp will get
better. 

If Damon and Crisp were both 32, then, obviously, you could compare
the two and Damon would come out ahead.
