Is 179 IP "near" 200 IP? That is how many he threw last year at his age
24-25 season. He's younger than Jon Papelbon and already an ace!

True. We'll see about him, but the worst case is that he rots on the bench
for awhile as a defensive sub/pinch hitter/whatever and the Sox still have
Beckett.
