This is promising for us JD backers. If the Sox are starting with
this, that means they're willing to go to 4-yrs, and they can probably
work out incentives to trigger an option for a 5th year.
Despite what JD says, I would think that a 4-yr deal, with an
incentive-based 5th year option clause, would seal the deal.
