McClelland's P.M. Pipe is a nice one for just a hint of Lat. I didn't have
any nicotine overload from it, but as others have said, that really depends
in the person. It does help to drink something while smoking, and from what
I understand, sugary drinks help more. Try not to smoke on an empty stomach
too.
